Squawk Box on Deep Impact

On Squawk Box today they were talking to the Popular Mechanics science editor, a fetching red haired gal, about this asteroid that will come between Earth and moon in 2029 and then possibly impact in 2036 on April 13.

Just thought you guys wanted to lay in some extra canned goods for the Big Chill that will ensue when that baby kicks up a big cloud of dust. That is if you're not on the West Coast which will be washed away in a giant tsunami.

heh, they were long on Boeing and defense stocks who will be called on to build the gravity tractor they may use to divert the collision.
